FAZZIE works like an app you may already be familiar with. When you see an attractive home, swipe right, and FAZZIE saves it, and gathers data. When you don’t like a home, swipe left.
As you “like” more homes, FAZZIE’s algorithms start to discern your preferences, then starts showing you homes you are more likely to swipe right on. Then, it narrows that down further by garnering data on the features of your “likes.” And it starts showing you homes you are even more likely to like!
After you input your basic financial data, FAZZIE does a preliminary “pre-qual” (we are NOT licensed mortgage brokers!) and will match you with homes you not only like, but are within your budget.
