You need leads. We’ve got leads! We’re not like the huge real estate site we all have come to hate – we don’t require a certain, astronomical spend per month. And we don’t confiscate 40% of you commission while claiming we still “own” the lead.
What we do is sell five (5) agents access to the leads we get in each U.S. Zip Code in a round robin fashion. Agent 1 gets lead 1, lead 6, lead 11, and so on. Agent 2 gets lead 2, lead 7, lead 12, and so on. These leads become YOUR LEADS. We hope you help that lead buy a house, but will not police your activity. You are a sales professional. When you do your job well, you will help people and profit as a result. When that buyer has a home to sell, go for it!
The zip codes with more houses / larger populations will cost more than those in remote areas.

In the near future, we will provide seller leads in the same fashion.
When we add this service, you will get a seller lead – and this could even be someone who only needs to sell, a seller who also needs to buy in your state, someone who just needs to buy a home, or a buyer who also needs to sell their home. Same price!
For Renters
Not all rental properties are rented through Realtors, but many are. When a rental prospect uses our site, they are included in the round robin of leads that go to you.
